Lindsay Force – Director of Operations

LindseyIt is such an honor to be trusted with such important work and to be placed in a position to be helpful to those affected by addiction and alcoholism, whether directly or indirectly. As the Director of Operations of Broad Highway Recovery, my goal is to empower our community and the families affected by this disease and begin to flush out the fear that drives enabling and keeps the disease alive. My experience of 6+ years working in the industry as a Program Director, a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist, and managing a women’s sober home, have made me uniquely qualified to understand the disease and how it manifests itself in all areas of one’s life.  I have been in personal recovery since December 24th, 2007 and I insist on being passionate about the 12 steps and carrying a message with depth and weight. My desire is to help families discover a way to live that is not driven by their loved ones addiction and/or alcoholism. I hope to inspire and affect change in the hearts of those struggling and offer hope to those who do not know where to turn. We are here to help. That is the gift I have been given and in turn, wish to give back to the community I love. Broad Highway is in the business of changing mankind, one family at time.
